County Clare Festival News

May 3rd to 12th
National Famine Commemoration 2013 will take place in the heritage town of Kilrush in West Clare. The town and its environs were hit particularly badly by the Great Irish Famine between 1845 and the early 1850s.

The official launch will take place at the Square in Carrigaholt at 6pm Friday 3rd May.
