Pat Keane founded the White Water Surf Co in 2007.

Here is a man whose local knowledge was gained during 3 decades of surfing the waves at Spanish Point who is ideally qualified to provide the best possible tuition to newcomers to this fun sport as well as catering to those of you who are seasoned pros and he comes highly recommended by us.

Pat who also has many years service as a lifeguard in the area is very safety conscious and ensures that everyone is well looked after in that regard at all times.

Quiet Location
For newbies the beach at Spanish Point where the surf lessons are conducted is a great place to start learning the ways of the waves, being a much more quiet setting than many of the other local beaches including Lahinch makes it the perfect location for building up confidence in those vital early stages.

Maximum of 8 Surfers Per Session
The classes are an enjoyable excerise with a maximum of 8 students per session and everyone is given the necessary encouragement and attention needed to attain the skills of the competent surfer.

The White Water Surf School is ISA approved and prides itself on the levels of success it has achieved with both adults and kids alike.

Summer - 9am to 6pm 7 days
Winter - 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday

Shop Location
The shop is located on the Miltown Malbay to Ennistymon road and offers all of the gear associated with the sport and is instantly recognisable by the flags flying outside so do call in and have a browse.
